SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days within the US. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout.
Q: Is shipping discreet?
A: Absolutely. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product descriptions on the exterior. The billing descriptor on your statement will also be discreet.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
PRODUCTS & SAFETY
Q: Are your products body-safe?
A: Yes. All our products are made from medical-grade silicone that is hypoallergenic, phthalate-free, and non-porous. We never compromise on material quality.
Q: How do I clean my device?
A: Wash with warm water and mild soap before and after each use. For a deeper clean, use a dedicated toy cleaner (available in our Accessories collection).
Q: Are your devices waterproof?
A: Most of our devices are rated IPX7 (fully submersible). Check the individual product description for exact waterproof ratings.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Q: What is your return policy?
A: For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Accessories and gift sets in original packaging can be exchanged.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes — all electronic devices come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product malfunctions, contact us at care@plaisirmuse.com and we will replace it.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they enter our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be changed. Contact care@plaisirmuse.com immediately if you need assistance.
