Return Eligibility

For reasons of health and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any intimate objects that have been opened, handled, or used. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging.

Damaged or Defective Objects

We hold our craftsmanship to an uncompromising standard. If your object arrives with a defect or fails to perform as promised within 1 year of purchase, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Your satisfaction is the foundation of our brand.
