Products

Plaisir Muse products are for personal pleasure and wellness. They are not medical devices, and they are not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have a health concern, talk with a qualified professional before use.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy the items in your cart at the price shown at checkout, including shipping and any tax. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if a payment cannot be completed, or if the details we need are missing. You can change or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing care@plaisirmuse.com. After that, the order is in fulfillment and cannot be changed.

Shipping

Orders leave in plain packaging, without product names on the outside. The charge on your statement is discreet. The shipping price is shown before you pay. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns and defects

For hygiene, opened intimate products cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund. If a product has a defect or a usage issue, email care@plaisirmuse.com within 30 days and include photos. We will arrange a return or an exchange. Electronic devices include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
